What separates leaders from followers

Good leaders seem to know what steps to take towards a bright future. But...What enables them to know what to do? How do they differ from followers? Proverbs 2 tells us that the key difference can be desire. We must all answer three questions in life:

What we want ?
Why do we want it?
How bad do we want it?

Consider God's words through Proverbs 2 to talk about the passionate quest for wisdom:

Receive more words (v.1)
Keep my commandments (.1)
Incline your ear to wisdom (v.2)
Cry for intelligence (v.3)
Give your voice to prudence (v.3)
Look for her as a silver (v.4)
Search it as treasures (v.4)

Good leaders seek wisdom as if they were diamonds and rubies. Therefore, what are you looking for?

The true Greatness of the human being is in the true unfeigned love. Not in word, but in acts, you can observe its characteristics in this quotation. 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8.

The goal of love

It is the recognition of knowing that GOD for love of himself sent us to JESUS, with the purpose of destroying every argument, every stealthy trap that rises AGAINST HIM. Know that we are all washed, and clean of our sins, because there is no human being that does not sin. Revelation 1: 5
Understand that love cannot be faked, true love leads to a healthy and prosperous life. Revelation 1: 6
Love ends all plague and spiritual illness. Luke 6:45
Love more than a feeling is an action. 1 John 4: 9
Love makes you receive a new birth. 1 John 4: 8
Love makes you receive protection. 1 John 4: 14

Leaders must constantly remember that GOD is love, and that He requires his people to share their love with others and with the outside world.

The issue is

Be okay with GOD and forgiveness of sins.
Fight spiritual warfare and defeat the opposition.
Intimacy with GOD.

Therefore we believe that the knowledge of God's principles through the Holy Scriptures makes us have a successful life on Earth.

The person Who is JESUS leads us to have a personal and close encounter with GOD.

He is the only way to feel and have a full and solid Spiritual life with the FATHER.

No one can go to him unless he recognizes Jesus as supreme authority.

Combining the principles, with the life model that JESUS made on earth, are very essential for the development of Leadership in the life of the human being.

We urge the leader to develop self-discipline, self-control, self-motivation, in such a way to achieve a healthy lifestyle, without marginalizing or limiting the divine essence. The leader has to adopt the commitment to learn to overcome obstacles in life. Creating a model, and a feeling like Jesus. Philippians 2: 5

We deeply believe in the Trinity. Because three are those who give testimonies in heaven: The Father, The Verb and The Holy Sporit. And these three are one. And three are those who give testimony on earth. 1 John 5: 7

We strongly believe in forgiveness

Forgiveness is a sacrifice and a pleasing offering to GOD. The values of forgiveness are to renounce the indignation and resentments that cause an offense or aggression. This is born from the offended, because only the offended can free himself from the feelings he has against the offender. "FORGIVENESS" comes from the Latin "PER DONARE" which means "to give for" or let go . We must be kind and compassionate to each other, and forgive each other, just as GOD FORGIVES US. Ephesians 4:32
Those who forgive the offense cultivate LOVE, the lack of forgiveness is an act of rebellion, therefore you block all divine gifts, void the GRACE of GOD for you. It is a set, forgiveness cultivates love, and love keeps you away from all evil path, leads you to a better life in mind, body, and soul .2 chronicles 7:14
It is a sacrifice turned into principle to develop in the leader the over-abundance of God's GRACE. Luke 6:37. Proverbs 28:13. 1 John 1: 2
